Luxora Return Policy

At Luxora, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. Our priority is to ensure you receive high-quality products, and we will gladly assist if an issue arises with your order.

Accepted Return Conditions We accept returns only if one of the following conditions occurs and only if notified within 24hours. In this case, all of the following photos must be provided:

    • The damaged product

    • The inner and outer packaging

    • The product as it arrived inside the box, with the inner packaging clearly showing

  1. A product is damaged during transportation 

  2. A product is faulty – In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us at info@luxora-online.com or WhatsApp with a detailed description of the issue and relevant photos for verification.

Return Process If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide the required photos and details for verification.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement/refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.

  • Any product that does not meet the listed return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
